Sculpt & Flow
Intermediate/Advanced
Designed to strengthen and lengthen the body with intention. Expect targeted work for the abs and glutes, followed by longer, deeper stretches to improve mobility, flexibility, and recovery. This class blends controlled strength and toning movements with a restorative stretching flow to leave you feeling strong and balanced.

Cuore Fire
Intermediate
For those seeking extra intensity, Fire is our advanced class that incorporates intense movements that will get your heart rate up and your muscles firing. The use of the jumpboard makes for a fun, high energy spicy workout.
